8 HOUR FLY FISHING COURSE

£250.00Price

The 8 hour lesson is our most comprehensive for beginners and novices.  As well as more fishing time it includes additional casting skills and knowledge sharing, such as shooting line and basic knots.  Four fish may be taken home. Several breaks will be included as fly fishing can be very tiring (lunch is not included although catering is available at additional cost):

- safety while fly fishing

- assembly and use of the rod, reel and end tackle

- roll cast, pick up and lay down, false casting

- shooting line

- how to search out the fish

- basic fly selection

- basic knots

- how to retrieve the fly

- what to do when a fish takes and how to land it

- four caught fish per person may be taken home
