Pardon the pun but after landing a 4lb fish first time, Neil really was hooked on fly fishing.  I caught up with him the following day and he had already ordered his first fly fishing tackle....  Mar '23

Lakedown Trout Fishery treats me to a stunning view as I prepare for a for the day.  And below a party chills in the lodge before the lesson.

Just a few of over 200 beginners we taught to fly fish in 2022

"My Dad and Myself have Just come back from a full days fishing tuition with Martin, what a fantastic experience. Martin is not only very knowledgeable and experienced he is also very easy going, it was like learning from an old friend you’d known for years.
After losing 2 fish Martin looked more gutted than us, and when I hooked into the 3rd Martin who was on the other side of the lake looking after my dad ran round and after I had managed to play this one into the reeds he did everything but jump into the water to make sure I landed this one which I did.
So thanks again Martin for making it such an enjoyable day. "

A cracking first fish, no wonder Matt was smiling with this 4lb beauty!

"Martin is an excellent instructor. I was a complete beginner and now feel I can go fly fishing myself. I have already been recommending his lessons to others."

"We had a lovely time and really enjoyed ourselves, too. Your method of instruction was relaxed, patient and clear, which goes a long way towards making the lesson enjoyable - especially as a nervous beginner!"
